Social Saturdays are small-group community events designed to bring together mindful movement, creativity and connection in a calm and welcoming space.
Each event begins with a breath-led Pilates session (beginner friendly), followed by a creative workshop led by a local artist, along with tea, light snacks and time to connect.
These mornings are designed to feel relaxed and accessible, a chance to slow down, try something new, and leave feeling refreshed, inspired and connected.

9:00am – 11:00am
