Feel stronger, calmer, and more connected to your body, one step at a time.

Mindful Mat Pilates in the Dandenong Ranges

People practicing mat Pilates in a community centre with large windows, using Pilates mats with moon patterns & a yoga block in their hand. In a modified side lying pose, all facing the window.

Core Movement Society was created from a belief that movement should feel supportive, not intimidating.

Like many women, I know what it feels like to feel disconnected from your body.
To feel stressed, overwhelmed, tight, exhausted, or unsure where to begin again.

So often, movement spaces can feel loud, fast, or focused on pushing harder.
But I wanted to create something different.

A space where you can arrive exactly as you are.
Where movement becomes a way to reconnect with yourself, not punish yourself.

Through supportive movement, breath, and nervous system-focused practices, my goal is to help women feel stronger, calmer, and more at home in their bodies over time.

Whether you join a group class or a 1:1 session, this space is about moving gently, building trust in your body again, and creating consistency without pressure.
